Commitment - what are you TRULY committed to?

commitment /kəˈmɪtm(ə)nt/ noun

1. the state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity, etc. "the company's commitment to quality" Similar: dedication, devotion, allegiance, loyalty, faithfulness, fidelity, bond, adherence, attentiveness

2. an engagement or obligation that restricts freedom of action. "with so many business commitments time for recreation was limited" Quite often we do not realise that we are committed to a way of thinking that holds us back rather than propels us forward.

Is your fear of commitment holding back from the greatest potential of flow. abundance, real love and freedom? Without realising it your commitment to staying stuck in past programs, scripts, wounds and situations may in fact be sub conscious road blocks from you truly being able to back yourself and be all in on your hearts desires: This can manifest itself in our work, home life, love and relationships, health and wellbeing and peace and harmony. Ask yourself - what as always eluded you in those areas above?

Chances are if you have not reached your healthy equal project, partnership or work success it is actually because you have unwittingly being committed to that NOT being a reality. Healing past wounds means making decisions for the future from a place of worth rather than wounding.

From potential of backing yourself wholeheartedly with grounded decisions, rather than pain and risk avoidance. - There is more friction and force required the longer we stay against our hearts, lives truest potential. - There is more uneasiness and dis-ease when we refuse to look at what SCRIPT is actually the basis for our decisions.

Here are 7 steps to move into a healthy commitment with yourself for true abundance:

1. Be prepared to do the deep work

2. Bootcamp it hard - don't drag it out and put it off - roll your emotional and spiritual sleeves up and get to work on you as your personal project

3. Recognise past patterns but then do not LEAN on them as a crutch but rather a catapult for change

4. Be prepared to DO different

5. Be humble

6. Stop beating yourself up

7. Work in your sovereign self for decisions and know it is your birthright to give and receive freely without bonds or manipulation.
